Outfits that scream luxury wedding
In my opinion, black tie is the most luxury suit style for weddings, it’s timeless and will never go out of fashion. It works for all seasons, but especially winter when all the glitz and glam comes out to play. Black tie is also the best match for an elegant wedding dress; whether it’s lace, sequinned or plain, it’s a match made in heaven. For a winter wedding opt for a long sleeved dress. For a summer wedding opt for strappy and slinky to beat the heat.

Your hair, make up and accessories can all contribute to that luxury look. Opting for a sleek up-do and natural yet glamorous make-up really shouts elegant. Add a veil and pearl earrings to elevate your look. Pearl and gold jewellery is a huge trend at the moment and it’s here to stay. Want to go a step further? Buy a mini dress for the evening! If your wedding dress is big and heavy, having something to change in to for dancing is a great idea. It also gives you a second look for flash portraits in the evening.
Venue styling
Florals play a huge part in creating a luxury wedding. The bouquet and table decor are standard but have you considered a floral arch to frame the entrance or ceremony? If you are having long tables, floral bookends work really well at either end to complete the table decor. Tapered candles and elegant crockery and cutlery will really elevate your tables. If you’re not aesthetically minded, hire a stylist to bring your vision together. They know how to create a luxury space!
Champagne towers are a huge vibe right now! With a lot of couples moving away from cake cutting, this is a great (and more fun) alternative. Whether you want to pop the bottles and make an event of pouring the bubbly as a couple, or have the venue have your tower ready for you, it always looks high end. Want to level up even more? Add in some edible flowers or candy floss, or dress the glasses up with some bows!
